Where is my order?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5–10 business days in the US and 7–14 in Canada. Your tracking link is in your shipping confirmation email. If you can't find it, check your spam folder, then write to us with your order number.

How does the 90-day guarantee work?

Your first order is covered for 90 days from delivery. One bottle: full refund, no return needed. A 3-bottle order: we refund the first bottle with no return, and the other two once they come back unopened. Email us with your order number to start.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Write to us as soon as possible. We can change or cancel an order only before it has been packed and handed to the carrier.

Is BIO 1 right for me?

BIO 1 is for healthy adult women. If you are pregnant, nursing, trying to conceive, taking medication or managing a health condition, speak with your doctor before taking it.
